Commercials having primary motive of making profit, they want to do publicity earn the name and fame. Second motive can be societial interest such as commercial run by govt with the help of actots or sportsmen.

To buy a particular product the consumer needs to be convinced, hence within the span os 30 sec all things are shown which can convince the consumer. let us take eg of Horlicks, hence within 30 sec graph, nutrients, the progress of children is shown. In addition this is also done with the help of sportsmen or famous people, which are usually liked by kids. All is aimed to increase sale and make profit.

Such commercials can be irritating a lot esp when we have tiring day and switch on TV to watch any movie or game. One best and best way can be to mute during commericials or to switch accross channel. Another way done through set top box can be to record the programme and then fwd it whenever there is any commercial. If one sticks to basic principle use of the product or the show one may not get irritated by the persuation
