i have to do a business plan for an idea called horseland which is a horse shop for riders, and horses with the ability to ride horse and tour around barcelona. i need help with the Organizational  structure and  operation details part of the business plane.

As part of the business plan, the organisational structure for the same would be based on the geographical divisional structure where the city of barcelona is divided into the districts and the same company has its branches in various districts to provide horses as per the ride and tour the city to the tourists people enjoying their stay. This geographic division would be both effective and efficient as more districts could be taken and thus the whole city of barcelona could be niche targeted in order to market and segment the services we are providing.

The operations details would be that each famous district which is apparently a famous tourist spot as well would have a small branch of the company working there and providing the horses on lease to have the service and roam around the place as their tourist services. Our company would also organise various horse riding sessions, teach horse riding, held competitions around barcelona and also provide tourist services to make sure the business is spread and is celebrated all over the city.
