Contingency approach to management says that there is no single or best style to manage people, resources, structure, strategies and overall change initiatives of an organization. Managers should learn how to handle the situations or potential challenges. The best way is to be proactive in taking steps in improving the business operations and handling the current challenges . The following may be utilized as a contingency approach to manage anticipated change situations,
1) Leadership abilities:
It should be competent way to handle any kind of situations. Board members should hire such people as a manager in top level hierarchy of an organization .
