Expert Solution

The automatic behavior process is a cognitive process that stimulates the process of human behavior without their knowledge. it presents that the person unconsciously used to do the same habit which became a part of his characteristics. the 4 stages of automatic behavior can be presented as in a process diagram.

here we can present one good habit and one bad habit.

one good habit is reading some people while reading they found some unique process to remember the material so it is whole depends on the behavior of that person which is automatic and the person wants to enhance this skill. so the result of that they can actually remember those things when they required.

A bad example is a very famous one that is biting a nail. different people are having different ways to get stress relieved. so biting nail is one of them. in an unconscious mind, the person start to do that process when the time flows it became the characteristics you have adopted it spontaneously. once you adopt the behavior that gives satisfaction to the person when it is perform. so it became a essential part of that peroms life.
