regular workout program? Why?
1.Resting heart rate is important to calculate beacuse it predict the cardiovascular disease condition and cardiac attacks. In order to prevent the chances of heart disease,we need to be aware of Resting heart rate. Lower the resting heart rate shows the efficient heart function and fitness.
2. To get the heart rate by our own, we need to place a middle and index finger on to wrist below the thumb. Here we can sense the pulse. Then count the number of beat per minute which tells us the true resting heart rate. It can be repeated for accurate read.
3.Aerobic exercise produces lowest heart rate. By exercising, heart muscles get stronger and can pump more blood per heart beat that is the reason heart needs to beat lesser to pump the same amount of blood.
4. Walking induces the more blood flow to the leg muscles ,therefore heart has to pump more blood and reach to muscle. Therefore, heart has to beat more to pump the blood thus heart rate increases.
