The answer is: IT DEPENDS.
If the acidic water solution you are using is a very dilute solution of H2SO4, and you are calculating the Ksp for a compound which contains sulfate ion, say PbSO4, then you will have to take into account the amount of SO42- ions that come with the acidic water. This is because if you had used pure water, then the number of moles of solid PbSO4 that would have dissolved would have been greater. But since there is a common ion present in acidic water, so it reduces the number of moles of PbSO4 that can dissolve.
So if you a case of COMMON ION EFFECT, then certainly it would affect the solubility product (Ksp) calculations.
