Can advertising turn a Satisifier into a Delighter? Please provide an example
Yes, advertising can turn a satisfier into a delighter. Advertising is all about communicating with the target customers and how well we communicate and keep the customers engaged tells us about the satisfaction and delight. The customers can be satisfied with the current communication and branding strategy we have. But they can be converted into delighters by providing the information related to every single USP of the product and service we are trying to sell. The customers do not expect this but when we provide this information they will become delighters.
