A picture speaks more than 1000 words, so chose your picutres with most care, do not inject everything and anything into your presentation. a succesful presentation includes the following:

  • identify your audiance: once you know your audiance, what they are looking and expecting from you, your job becomes easy.
  • design a structure with good background in the slides, do not take simply one type or one style of slides
  • title page must be inforamtive, which should reach the audiance easily and without any doubt
  • set the information in a sequential way, with a clear point wise, and incert the key words in your slide and expalin it during the presentation
  • select the right design and right font, it shold not be vague or plain, should support to your explanation
  • select different colors and be specific about the selection
  • incert relevant video clippings and images in the slides
  • less words in the slide and more with your words
  • the final slide must be fill with summary.

the don'ts in the PPT are:

  • Put the related information about one area in only one slide
  • do not use over animations and sounds
  • do not use hard and odd colors in your presentations
  • design slides with catchable but not too vague.

these are the basic issues considered while preparing a presentation, but these may be too different when we go in deeper. The information must be simple, straight and easy to understand to the audiance and reach them what you want to convey.
