Expert Solution

The formal organizations store the private information of people to work efficiently. However the assess to this personal information by any other user is quite easy. Thus the information once stored is at a risk of being publicised in absence of disclosure protection and easy reach via fast growing internet technology. Due to this compromise in security, many analysts claim that the formal organizations threaten the personal privacy. These organisations collect information and store in their databases which are often unprotected.

In order to avoid this erosion of personal privacy, we should be very careful and observant while entering the information. Also the extent to which personal information is allowed to be shared should be clearly specified beforehand. The organizations should protect the data of their customers. Also the customer should be cautious about where and when the private information is being shared. Cyber security laws need to be followed and made aware to everyone in order to generate a protective environment.
