Expert Solution

so we are dealing with a group of an employee who are in their late fourties thus in that case while looking form their prospective as an Hr, I have to either go for Medical insurance or retirements plans because even if you dont have family atleast you require certain medical insurance and definately if it will be provided by the firms it will have a greater impact on employee living standards rather then offering any holiday package to them apart from it, retirement plan will also be a best idea for most of them because anyway, they are in their late fourties so somewhere in there mind they have some insecurity about their post retirement life thus by providing them with an retirement plan will be the most important benifits for them because when people are in mid of fourties they started thinking about securing their  future mainly they start planing about post retirement life it doesnt matter whether you have families or not even i think those who doesnt have families are more worried about it, because this is the perfect time for them, thus in late fourties no body will be that much happy by just providing a holiday package rather they will be more happy if someone will think about their future, thus by looking at all the available options i think either we have to go with medical insurance or retire plans as it will be the most inspirring benifits for them
