Why is Walmart known as a dirty corporation in many mainstream outlets?

Well,

As we all know that Walmart is the world's biggest retail chain,U.S. in particular, with multi billion business.

However, the scenario is very much different when we go deep into the physical business. That is,

1. Very low wages:

The company is providing around $ 8 per hour for a worker, when we calculate this wage for one year it is very negligible, nearly $15000. Shows an average American cannot sustain. Condition will be bad If the worker have a family to feed.

2. Lavish spending by the top management:

It is pathetic to see that, eventhough the workers are paid with less money , top executives are reaping millions as salaries, incentives and in the form of share holdings.

3.Benefits to employees are also very low:

Less than 50% of the employees are being provided with health benefits. And the benefecaries have to pay appox 40% of the installments.

4. Attitude towards employees are extremely pathetic:

Eventhough employees are the backbone of every organization behavior of top management towards the workers are very pity.

5. Change in focus on level of customers:

Ever though Walmart has started focusing on middle class people and lower ones, because of the ridiculous businessess makes the company a business outlets for the rich by implementing special sections in same outlets.

There are lot more problems are to be addressed however These are some of the main reasons why this organization called a dirty organization.
