Create a simple “how-to” presentation. Describe how you would present the "How-To" to an audience.

Solutions

Expert Solution

This assessment will describe how to present the "How-to" to an audience:

1. Firstly, the person giving the "How to" to the audience should have the proper knowledge regarding the procedure, and he needs to go explain it optimally, providing step by step explanation, in a chronological order, while keeping in mind the understanding of the audience.

2. The person should go to the depth if required by the audience. He should maintain eye contact with them. It will help him make his audience active and interested in listening to whatever he is trying to explain.

3. The person needs to take care of the pitch, and the body language. He should try to blend non-verbal communication with verbal communication.

4. The person should try to compliment his presentation with some visuals, like pictures, PowerPoint, or any video, which will practically explain the audience regarding "How to."

5. The person should remain relaxed and confident.

He should try to keep it as simple as possible and should avoid usage of any technical words or vague sentences.
