Using your F Table, what is the critical value for a set of sample data that has a df between of 3 and a df within of 10, using a significance level of 0.05?
Solution:
we use this table for finding the critical value
Here df = 3 and df = 10 n
now we find the F table critical value using a significance level of 0.05
therefore we find value corresponding to the 3rd column and 10th row
and values is 3.708
Therefore the 3.708 is the critical value for a set of sample data that has a df between of 3 and a df within of 10, using a significance level of 0.05.
