Describe your Purpose to Impact plan. What is your purpose statement? What is your first critical step to implement your impact plan?

my purpose to impact plan is educate many number of students in my concern subject, make them more stronger in my subject and at the end in all dimensions. i want to create good citizens to the society to the education. education is the weapon where it changes the lives of many people. The only weapon where poor can become rich- by education. for me every day is important, hundreds of students look at me, listen to me, follow me and just they believe in my words. To make them clear, more intelligents, most vibrant and realistic, i always work on it.

my purpose statement is- educate the students and provide placements for atleast 60% of them.

it drives me always to learn more skills, equip more knowledge, and share the same to my students. many changes, modifications, and innovations are happening in this competitive world. Keep on update is the most difficult task in this field, to educate others, first we must educate ourself.

the first and critical step is- setting the right goals and objectives to my students. once I set goals and targets to my students, they continuously work on those and I also extend my support/ services to them in the all times. as I said above make my students developing is my goal. there are different kinds of students, where some are quick learners, some are slow learners, some are good at subjects, some at additional activities and so on. studying each of them, understanding them, knowing them where they are good and what are their interested areas, then only i can guide them, suggest them and lead them. It is the most critical and difficult task in my purpose to impact plan.
