• Threat from new entrants in internet era there so many companies offering new schemes at low rate this may cause competition to existing company like jio
• Bargaining from customers as in market there are many companies who offer at low prices and they select according to their preferences like jio coming into broadband services.
• Bargaining from suppliers as there few in market they which offers with more varieties of scheme and they show demand in Market
