Answer) Community relations mean that how well does Organisations associate themselves with a particular Community ir group of communities.Today Community relations have become essential which was not There at the turn of the century. Due to cut throat competetion and people becoming more conscious, companies have to also think about what betterment they are bringing in soceities or communities ,so that the people trust the brand more and have an emotional sentiment towards them. At the turn of the century, Companies only thought about making profit but today profit and Community relations are kind of interdependent. For example- A soft drink company , provides free drinks in villages, they are doing community service, if a retail chain company thinks about what arabs like and have Products accordingly , they are popular in Arab Community. Its all about constantly improving Community relations so that it is a win win situation.
