Urine analysis is determination of excretion of toxins or body components in the urine whether it was excreted in normal lever or elevated levels

When the body under goes high exercise condition or high physical activities the urinary excretion will be as follows

Blood Flow to the Kidneys

When the blood was flowing to the kidney I the normal level then the excretion will also be in normal condition but whenever the exercised condition all the blood will be rushed in the all parts of the body so the blood flow towards the kidney will be decreased. It will decrease the out flow of the urine from the kidneys

Exercise, Sodium and Fluid Balance

After an intense exercise all the body fluids and all the sodium will be lost from the sweat so to compensate for this lose the kidneys will regulate the excretion of the flow of urine and sodium outflow so it helps to regulate the sodium level although the flow out was more from sweat but the kidney will always tends to regulate the body fluids

Other Effects of Exercise on the Kidneys

During exercise, the kidneys tend to filter out more protein, as well, producing elevated levels of protein in the urine. The kidneys are also partly responsible for maintaining acid-base balance. When you exercise intensely, you produce lactic acid, some of which the kidneys excrete. For this and other reasons, urine becomes more acidic during exercise. Following exercise, the kidneys help to metabolize the remaining lactic acid, converting it into glucose.
