As a human resource manager in the firm during the covid 19 pandemic I would like to do below changes or designing the policy.

  • In order to provide the safety of employees, we will implement all the safety initiatives such as social distancing, compulsion of wearing masks, using of sanitizer. Etc at the workplace.
  • We will make changes to the employee health insurances to provide additional treatment for covid 19 patients.
  • Creates a training and awareness session for the employees to know about the precautions, symptoms and preventive measures for the covid 19.
  • Providing additional paid and sick leave for the employees who have the symptoms of covid 19. In order to safeguard the affected and other employees.
  • Creating the quarantine centre for the employees who have international and domestic travel history as a part of the business.
  • Proper compensation for the employees during the pandemic covid 19 help the employees to take proper medication for the disease.
