Where are coca cola concentrate manufactured in the world, and what are the reasons?

Solutions

Expert Solution

Coca-cola concentrate is manufactured in only a few locations around the world, one of the vaults is in Atlanta. The reason for coca cola being such a successful company lies in two important aspects:-

  • The secretly guarded formula for making the syrup(the concentrate) which has been a secret for over many decades now, the formula is touted to be known to only 3 people explicitly , apart from that even the people who manufacture the mix only have access to limited information like, Mix contents of Bag X with Y when the temperature is such and such. The secret for coca cola is considered one of the best-kept secret in the world, kept a secret for 125 years now.
  • The way it marketed the product and developed its distribution network played a vital role in the success of Coca-Cola. the distribution is so dense that there are only two countries in the world where Coca-Cola is not available i.e North Korea and Cuba. The word coke is also the second most recognized word in the world after "O.K".
