Research has narrowed the thousands of leadership behaviors into two primary dimensions. Please list and discuss these two behaviors. Distinguish between charismatic, transformational, and authentic leadership. Could an individual display all three types of leadership?
There are mainly two types of behaviors of the leaders as found in many types of research, and these two behaviors of the leadership can be seen as task-oriented and people-oriented behaviors.
The leaders who mainly give importance to the tasks are mainly getting involved in the behavior that is termed as the initiation of the structure. This type of leadership behavior does not indicate the insensitivity towards the people or the manpower in the firm, It simply indicates that these leaders mainly look and treat the people and organization from the perspective of the task. The leaders are involved in defining and organizing the various tasks so that the followers or the manpower of the organization can be helped to fulfill these tasks. We can take the example of the CEO who is looking to acquit a new organization for a conglomerate. In this case, the CEO will ask the senior managers to start and direct them on how and when the work has to be done
On the other side, the other behavior of the leadership is seen as the consideration that is mainly related to the development of mutual trust and respect with the other employees and the manpower. These types of leaders give more importance to the personal association, relationship, and how the employees are feeling during the crisis.

Charismatic leaders can be seen as those leaders who mainly use their charm, charisma, and personality to appeal to the followers. These elements can be quite useful in developing a good reputation, loyalty, and devotion to the manpower towards the leaders.
On the other hand, the transformational leaders can be seen as those individuals who mainly depends on the collective vision. These are the leaders who are mainly there to initiate and create a change in the organization or society.
Authentic leaders can be seen as those individuals who give importance to the relationship building that helps in creating the legitimacy of the leaders with the help of honesty with the followers by giving importance to their inputs and this relationship is based on the ethical consideration.
Although having all these three leadership traits are uncommon but if we see there have been many examples of the leaders who are the examples of all the three leadership styles. One of these leaders can be seen as Martin Luther King
