Observations for background informations are as follows:

For one hour observation includes watching more and few interactions with the person to break the ice which helps in understanding the nature of the person. First of all, the personality of the person depends on which an idea got created upon the person. 2ndly, to watch the footwear of the person and to understand if possible the brand of that footwear because gentlemens and persons from good background socially and financially uses branded footwears always. Besides, if any wrist watch that person is using that is to notify which brand is using and an idea we can get from these things of the tastes and choices. After that, to observe that wheather that person is viewing nature, any natural things, sky sometimes, a tree etc while talking to me or or keen to watch any artificial things like magazines, smartphones etc. That thing gives us an idea about the nature of the person wheather he is nature lover or vice versa. To observe more about that person, we need to offer him for a small walk to a park or a mall depending upon the nature of the person. Once he enters the area of his choice he feels more free to talk and free to give reactions to that place which helps us to understand him better. A little interactions about what he does or his hobby , his daily lives , family etc gives us a fair idea of his likes and dislikes , tastes and choices and if possible food habits, hygene , family life etc etc.
