As we age we face more and more health problems. This is because of the lifestyle we have been living since we were young. My view is that a person who has been adopting a good lifestylesince a young age can stay healthy in old age. A person who follows a wrong lifestyle become ill at the age of mid.For those who do, that age may seem like a disease.
