Expert Solution

1) Here, I chose a 60 year old man.He had a lot of age related changes. He is a Type 2 diabetic patient. He was also diagnosed with heart problems. His diabetic problem caused him many other diseases. That problems are as follows;

Nephropathy: serious kidney related complications.

Retinopathy : any damage to the retina of the eye. (Vision impairment ) Poly pepsia:  excessive thirst

Poly phagia:  increased appetite

2) My recommendations to cure diabetes is

  • to avoid eating carbohydrates foods to the maximum.
  • alcohol and smoking only make the problem worse so avoid it.
  • Avoid fried and spicy foods.
  • Do not take any medicine of your own free will withouta doctors prescription.
  • Follow a healthy lifestyle.
  • Do yoga and exercise daily.

3) I always follow only healthy lifestyle.

  • Daily exercise and yoga will be a partof my life.
  • Non veg foods make me sick quickly, so I only eat veg foods.
  • Hotel foods and junk foods avoid maximum and eat nature food only.
  • Smoking and alcohol will never be in my life.
  • I recognise that all medications have side effects. So I do not take any medicine except in emergencies.

4) There are more developments in the medical field today than in the past. But with that came an increase in diseases. The main reason for that is everyone's life style. There are many reason for the increase in mortality rate today. Improper diet, waste and pollution have all contributed to the decline in population levels today. Excessive use of mobile and othertechnologies has led to public health problems. Radiation from mobile phones can cause deadly diseases such as cancer. The life span of a 120 year old man has now halved.

5) A healthy lifestyle gives us a disease free life as we age.Pure water, air, food , physical exercise and mental fitness are what keep us healthy. If we follow a healthy lifestyle then our blood pressure and sugar level will be normal.Heart problems can be avoided by getting oxygen and blood to the heart properly through exercise and yoga.

6) Aging is never a disease. Aging is just one part of life. Aging is essential if a man is to be young. As the saying goes, if a person is born, there will be death. As we age we face more and more health problems. This is because of the lifestyle we have been living since we were young. My view is that a person who has been adopting a good lifestylesince a young age can stay healthy in old age. A person who follows a wrong lifestyle become ill at the age of mid.For those who do, that age may seem like a disease.

7) In this study, I pick liver.Cirrhosis is a major disease affecting the liver.
