Ans- The team leader's role is to provide direction and guidance to
his/her team in order to achieve the goal. In an organisation team
leader plays multiple roles like managing operations, error
analysing, monitoring the team members.
Analysing the strength and weakness of each team member is an important task of team leader. This is done through the feedback from team members and other members of different team. Analysing of failures and successes of team and finding the alternate strategy to tackle it.
Team leader has to use arious factors of leadership. a) Motivation, b) Team building, c) Influencing, d) Relationship building, e) Strategy planning & f) Training. Team leader has to use these factors to generate the best outcome for the organisation.
Finally, the team leader tries to achieve the goals through stability, empowerment, compassion, trust and hope. Team Leader apply the individual strength and assign the task as per team members strength.
