This graph shows increased blood glucose after several hours of meal. In diabetes, glucose is not absorb by the cells. High blood glucose is characteristic of diabetes.

Answer b: graph four

Glucagon work opposite to insulin. When blood glucose level are low than normal, glucagon come in action to normalise the level of glucose in blood.

Graph shows low glucose levels after many hours of without meal.

Answer c: graph 3

After meal because of food digestion and absorption, blood glucose level increases. This increased glucose is lower to normal level by the action of insulin.
