terms of competencies.

and hence performance of the group reduces owing to rivalry among

- Improper amount of people needed for the job may lead to excess
administrative and overhead cost. This may get reflected in the
reduced margin of the product or service.
- Often many organization has a minimum requirement of male and
female which needs to be taken care of. Similarly, permanent and
temporary employees along with 3rd party employees proportion needs
to be maintained and the cost implication needs to be
understood.
