- HR strategy should plan, so that qualified and experienced employees will hire for the job. Proper job analysis will accomplish, and the requirement will fulfill.
- The primary strategy aims to provide the best telecommunications services with no false feedback, and all the needs and wants of the customers are satisfied.
- Competition strategy can plan so that the best services are provided in worth price and standing on the network. By this, customers will convince about the utility of the services and its good in the field of telecommunication.
- The map of the strategy is to be independent and working on one motive that is customer satisfaction. The company must give utmost priority towards their quality services and also provide customer care services and handling complaints positively.
- By summarising the human resource policies, we can conclude that people at work are the resources that are flourishing the company working so they should keep first. They should be hired wisely by checking out all the nature, qualifications, and skills that fit the position at best.
