Social engineering involves molding of the individuals by designing policies to guide the behavior of people. The influence generated on individuals is a possible outcome along with developing a particular kind of attitude in behavior. People might either become disciplined due to the guidance or may develop aggressiveness if they do not agree with the policies. In case of acceptance of these social engineering policies, the intentions of the policymakers to limit the crime and eliminating law violations are fulfilled. Thus the behavior of individuals is socially controlled by engineering their decisions. It leads to the development of an ordered society. Problem areas are easily targeted to be solved securely. These problems are them isolated are removed.

Sometimes the second-order offenders arise intentionally which need to be identified and devalued carefully. The social engineering generally involves technology which makes is independent of the human bias. Hence, the identification of violators is made possible to develop a uniform society.
