a:

Form factor.

That's it. Relative power and features all depend on the model.

A conventional desktop is typically ATX form factor. An all in one is typically a custom configuration. This has some advantages and disadvantages, as others have noted.

From a user standpoint, the big difference is if you care to upgrade or replace components, an all in one is almost certainly going to be harder to work with. For instance, if you want to get a bigger monitor on a standard desktop, you go buy one and plug it in, then give away your old one. For an all in one… you probably can't do this at all, unless you want to just plug in a second one and ignore the built in screen.

Then again if you are the type of person that calls Geek Squad because you didn't realize the monitor had a separate power cable, an all in one is nice and simple.

At some point of time, the data gets damaged or lost or corrupted. So, it cannot be retrieved back once the user does not use the backup strategy.

The backup is that taking a copy of the programs, data, and information created or stored in secondary storage medium.

If the user does not take the duplicate copy of the data, then it leads to permanent loss of information, wastage of time, and loss of revenue.

Explanation of Solution:

Components of backup plan:

=>Secure, encrypted offsite backup: It is critical to secure an encrypted copy of data offsite. But, it is necessary to secure a sensitive data such as financial documents, client e-mail address, credit card number, and etc., on a right backup place.

=>Data recovery and disaster recovery plan: The data recovery and disaster recovery plan is a detailed written plan; it includes the detailed...

In the other hand, it is also defined as the study of planning, engineering, using and placing of computing devices to decrease the environmental impact.

It decrease the use of dangerous resources.

It increase energy efficiency during the lifetime of products.

It support recyclability or biodegradability of redundant products and factory waste.

Strategies that support green computing:

1. Turn off the printer, monitor, and other devices when not in use.

2.Do not leave a computers or devices are running overnight.

3. Use paperless method to communicate .
