1)TEARS Model is a model used by a company to promote its products through advertising. Nowadays, companies are engaging in to advertise their products by celebrities. The company used to spends millions of dollars to get their products to advertise by engaging celebrities. TEARS stands for

Trustworthiness- It is the trust that binds the company with the consumers. Due to celebrities' so much popularity, consumers trust them, and companies endorse their products from celebrities.

Expertise- The Company should engage those celebrities that are expert in endorsing products among the consumers.

Attractiveness- The company usually advertise their products from those celebrities that are attractive and popular among consumers.

Respect- The company should work with those celebrities that are popular and have massive respect in the film industry so that consumers buy the product of the company.

Similarity- The Company should engage celebrities based upon the similarity of the product. For example, the company should engage female celebrities to endorse female products.

2) Communication plays crucial role in the management of a company. It helps in establishing the relationship between the employer and employee. The Six criteria for effective communication are:-

A) Listening- It is the basic fundamental of communication. In Ghana, the employee should listen to the employer regarding the management's goals and work to achieve them.

B) No technical words - In Ghana, the manager should not use technical words while explaining the methods of achieving goals to achieve goals efficiently.

C) Confidence- In Ghana, The employee should develop their communication skills to communicate with the consumers confidently and reflect the right image of the company.

D) Feedback- In Ghana, The company should get feedback on its employees' policies and programs so that the communication gap can be filled.

E) Communicating Goals - The company in Ghana should communicate its goals to the employees to be achieved effectively and efficiently

F) Empathy- The managers in Ghana should understand the needs of the employees and develop a policy that increases employees' standard of living.
