Purely secure approach in management relates to organization that has a profit motive as its core policy whereas a biblical approach functions with a core objective in people welfare and wellbeing. Thus operating with a people motive profit result in an enhancement in the efficiency and effectiveness of overall functioning of the organization whereas secular approach is regarded to be more materialistic in nature where power and influence are often used to manipulate and control people.
The secular description of management is ensuring to get the work done through others. Thus this gives the business administrators the right to control and exploit people working under them. In biblical approach manager is regarded to be the servant and serve those under him by helping them to accomplish the most they can. Secular administration skills and techniques get people to change so that they can get more out of their workers thus more earnings.
Biblical description of administration is adhering to the needs of individual as they effort towards accomplishing their work. An administrator by using the biblical approach will discover in its administration that individual would look forward to their work and in return management needs would be met.
