The difference between Scientific management and Bureaucracy are -

1> The basic of Bureaucracy management include special workers who are in finance and manufacturing area, management area, investor, stakeholders, consumers etc.

Scientific management includes the main process growth and effectiveness. It gives pressure on managers to grow up organization culture and productivity.

2> Bureaucracy management always follow rules, regulations, documents and detailed work map.

But Scientific management involves finding the best solution to do any job faster, including giving the financial benefit to employees to bring more productivity from them.

3> Public sector companies mainly follow Bureaucratic management principles.

Scientific management is followed by private sector companies as it requires business operation changes, inventory tracking, performance checking, incentive schemes process etc.

4> The main problem of Bureaucratic management is it leads to more management structures, high cost, and late decision-making process.
