Facilities coordinators first quality is to earn an associate's degree, but in many cases, I have a bachelor's degree in Electronics communication(EC) engineering, where I will be able to handle electronic equipment in an organization.
I have a strong written and people’s skills, which helps the organization to use my skills to stay organized and stay stable in emergency environment.
I use to work as collage intern in university building and use to schedule maintenance plans for equipment in server room, this experience may help me to qualify as facilities worker.
The expertise in computers and knowledge in information technologies set me a best candidate for handling this job. Coming to technical knowledge I have undergone certification in Microsoft Office program 2016. I have minimum work experience in University as IT support in facilities department back in India, in a corporate company.
The master degree in Information technology management with profound knowledge in project management should be an added advantage and should qualify me as facilities coordinator.

Facilities coordinators might be included in making arrangements for the future building space and to acknowledge supply needs for a company. Coordinators discuss day to day activities with suppliers and update organization administrators consistently, for taking such actions and critical decision may require at least 5 years of experience, which I lack at the present situation.
Analyzing future emergencies and handling teams in crisis situation is difficult.
I need to be learn tools for planning and scheduling the duties for facilities workers in emergencies.
I need to undergo Project management certification(PMP) in order to qualify as facilities Manager in future.

As my qualificationindicates, I possess One year of minimum work experience asInformation systems coordinator, which come under facilities department. Use to work as maintenance coordinator in university as part-time back in India, I have a profound knowledge in Microsoft office 2016 program, responsibilities as Facilities Coordinator need to have a minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree which I already have a bachelor’s in Electronics communication engineering (India) , and In addition I also have master’s degree in Information technology management will be an added advantage for this position. As the Facilities Coordinator, my responsibilities included maintenance of building,estimating and budgeting, disaster plan management. I need to work along with facilities manager and follow the protocols and should be able to schedule supply vendors and Security contractors within tight time limitationsand need to communicate with facilities works in order to solve the problem in emergency situations.
I hope my qualification and work experience, with desired skills and knowledge in Information technology management should definitely prefer me to be a qualified person for this position as facilities coordinator.
