The concept of customers regarding the style, looks, etc of a product must be a top consideration. A company must be updated on the design trends in the industry, The aesthetics of a product is important in the sense that it creates the first impression.

Ergonomics

The product must be comfortable for a person to use. Aesthetics of a product must not come at the cost of ergonomics. Ergonomics is one of the important determinants of customer satisfaction.

Materials and Components

Materials or components used for manufacturing a product must be given the next priority. A company should use only quality material for the production of new products. A company must use only quality materials or components for the manufacturing of new products. It is also an important determinant of product quality.

Packaging

The packaging is very much helpful in attracting customers towards a product. A company could provide essential user information also through packaging. It is also very important in the marketing of a product. It is also a determinant of the first impression of a product.
