on his own benefit while utilising the company resources. This
broke the code of conduct of organisation. As other employees may
also follow same kind of practices during working hours. Hence, it
deteriorates the performance of the company at the end. As per
National Business Ethics Survey, the performance ethics is
deteriorated by the employees of the company by doing such acts in
the organization. Other practices such as taking rewards for extra
works without company involvement, sharing information with fellows
or best buddies comes under these kind of acts which are threat to
the ethical business in long run.

ethics are important for the company to have because it depicts the
organization culture to employees. Code of ethics foster the
environment and organization culture with trust, loyalty and
ethical behavior. It helps in managing the integrity of the
organization in case of any conflict arises. It helps in
outperformance with excellence. It develops the great
reputation.
