Solutions

Expert Solution

Supersaturation is consept of solution state

Solution contain an amount of substance greater than they required to Saturet the solution..

This solution make by dissolving substance up to saturated lavel ( state at which further substance does not dissolved ) then heat solution up to clear then again add substance up to solution become saturate then cool that solution .solution not precipitate at perticular temperature called SuperSaturet solution (supersaturation)

After cooling again crystal of substance will formed from .

This concept use in chemistry for purification of organic compounds by making a SuperSaturet solution filter & again cool crystal will form then filter it .

Example : sauger dissolved in water at high temperatures but after cooling at perticular temperature it remains solution that is supersaturation condition...
