In marketing, attitudes are usually considered to lead to behavior. However, in some cases a behavior may change an attitude. Please explain the theories behind this phenomenon
Explanation:
Generally people’s behavior lead them to buy the product or service, but it’s the attitude of people that decide them what to buy. Sometime people are unaware about their attitude towards some product, they ignore the product as they don’t like that product and completely reject that product. Attitude help people determine their thought and feeling for particular product and it will change their whole behavior for that things also. Attitude is more depends on theories of self-perception and in most cases affect the behavior in first place. When people thinks that buying and smoking marijuana is good for themselves and give them different joy than they tend to purchase again and again with that attitude.
Many time people can expect their behavior reflect their attitude towards some things. More often the though and feeling can affect the behavior and that let to change the attitude of people when buying. Suppose that a person would every time but mix fruit jam and don’t like any other flavor and avoid them at all, at some point he saw the strawberry jam and thought in mind that let try this once, after trying that his mind and likeliness changed for that flavor and that changed his attitude toward strawberry jam.
