  1. Service Industry:- Any industry/ company who provides services to its consumers should do e-business. Services are generally the written & virtual & does not need face-to-face meetings. Example, Insurance services, customer analyses the insurance benefits which are already available online & can purchase them just by a click. In case customer need any further clarifications, a helpline number would solve the problem. There is no face-to-face interaction is needed.
  2. Retail Sectors:- online shopping of item these days is more profitable & accessible. There are numerous online sites which help in purchasing via online carting system. Consumers get benefits by getting additional discounts, time saving, more options, accessibility etc. All the details about the products are already mentioned in the specifications of the product. By having a detailed check, consumer would prefer to purchase online rather than going to store. Example, Amazon is a site wherein almost anything & everything can found & purchased.
  3. Publishing industry:- Newspapers, magazines, journals, novels etc can work good in e-business. There is no traditional way of cost & handling is needed. Publications also have much more flexibility when content becomes online. They can make profits by selling subscription or selling the online space for advertisements.

Pervasive computing is a concept/theory by which computer software engineering is embedded in day-to-day activities or objects so that an effective communication of information can take place that would minimize the end user’s need to communicate with computers. It can occur by using any device, any location with any format of information.

M-commerce & Pervasive Computing have revolutionized the IT application industry majorly. Everyday new software application are being generated which tend to have more hits than in comparison to online websites. The rise of these technologies had & is now opening doors for more & more applications in every sector. IT industry is booming & working for more improvements in this sector. The face of software has changed altogether. Earlier IT was considered to perform only data related & some security actions but now it has reached every sector from retail to publishing.
