In case customer need any further clarifications, a helpline number would solve the problem. There is no face-to-face interaction is needed.
2. Retail Sectors:- online shopping of item these days is more profitable & accessible. There are numerous online sites which help in purchasing via online carting system. Consumers get benefits by getting additional discounts, time saving, more options, accessibility etc. All the details about the products are already mentioned in the specifications of the product. By having a detailed check, consumer would prefer to purchase online rather than going to store. Example, Amazon is a site wherein almost anything & everything can found & purchased.
