Measures to bring Revenue close to planned number are as under:-

1) ADVERTISEMENT

Effective advertisement will make customer aware of the available product/ services. If advertising is done in attractive and Innovative way, customer will be inclined to try the product / service.

2) QUALITY PRODUCT/ SERVICE

Once the customer reach you to try the product / service, the Quality of should be such that the customer should become addictive to the product. These days customers value Quality over Quantity. Therefore, no compromise on Quality will be acceptable by customer.

3) AFTER-SALE SERVICE

The company should also play special focus on after sale services. Any defect on goods/ services delivered to customer should be rectified as soon as possible.

Providing good quality products and after sale services will also help in mouth publicity of the company as the customer will also tell his/her friends and relatives about the company, its products and the quality of service povided by company. This in turn will help in increasing the number of customers of the Company.
