As it is given that: Assumed that you need to design a system that maintains a record of your body temperature measurements taken at some different times to track fever etc.

The major components of the designed system would be its accuracy that whenever the new input( on a particular date new body temperature) adds on it shows the accurate result. so, It helps to predict whether the person is genuinely stable in terms of health-wise or not.

Fever is one of the body's first reaction to infection and in common in illness like influenza and Covid-19 nowadays. Monitoring body temperature even when one is healthy can help to detect disease early and help to know if it is okay to go to work or school.

Part of the human brain called the hypothalamus continuously adjust body temperature to maintain an optimal environment for body functions. body temperatures vary with gender, age, overall health, and environmental factors. A normal temperature of a human body would be 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. although recent studies indicate that body temperature was slightly lower on average when a human's immune system detects the presence of the virus in the human body. It signals the hypothalamus to turn up the heat creating a fever, a hot and hostile environment that weakens the virus and stimulates the human immune response. A temperature higher than 100 degrees Fahrenheit can indicate that the human body is fighting with an infection.

Take immediate measures if one can detect suddenly higher body temperature while regularly monitoring body temperature. This might be an early warning sign when one can about t get sick. this is critical for diseases like COVID-19 where one are contiguous several days before showing any symptoms at all.

To monitor body temperature measurements on daily basis, on just need a pen and paper to write that detailed stuff.
