Diagnosis

-ECHO. Shows thickned walls.

-Cardiac MRI

-Hearth muscle biopsy.

Treatment

Use of drugs like Tafamidis meglumine(Vyudaqel) tafamidin(vyndamax) capsules.

Surgical treatment includes heart transplant sometimes simultaneously liver transplant is also done.

Specialist involved in treatment includes cardiologist, cardiac surgeon
