Some of the goods being refused for entry into the united states by the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection can be due to protection of the public health , workers, childrens, flora, fauna or anything that causes harm to the national interest of the United states of America.Bureau of Customs and Border Protection restricts the entry of the goods into the united states which can cause harm to the citizens and may be unsafe for the united states. Before bringing any kind of good in the United states of america, you should verify to the CBP to make sure that it is not restricted to be entered in the Unites states.

Some of the examples of the restricted or prohibited items are the illegal chemicals, firearms, specified vegetables or fruits, animal products, biological weapon etc. Alcohol is also prohibited as you can bring Alcohol in certain limit or you have to consult with control board.
