Working at Natilapa INC. was a great experience for me. I have learnt many things throughout my internship period.
I have to come across a few situations about the project before we finish as an intern. I would prefer and recommended the company should be give any assignment for this semester from the first time that we have met. That intern can prepare any assignments as well as they can. In my opinion I think it not the way that professional do. By the way we do everything goes well because we have a great teamwork. Last things Singha should be support about more budget to promote products to growth in the market.
Before I started this internship, I never expected that it would be so satisfying and that I would be so lucky to meet such friendly and helpful co-worker. However, now it feels as if the 4 months have passed too quickly and this internship is too short as I still have much to learn and observe. It is with pleasure and thankfulness that Natilapa INC. has approved my internship.
question is Need to have specific and detailed recommendations that are actionable.
The internship experience that I had in Natilapa Inc. for the 4 months as an intern has been a fine and exciting experience for me and this internship was quite important for me as the recommendations that I will collect from the internship will actually help me in my career as a professional. The recommendations that I have for the organization to develop their program are:
1. The level of challenge in the assignments forwarded by the organization was low and they were simple and hence as an intern I feel that they could have been more challenging is that I could have learnt a fair bit from it.
2. The organization considered more as amateurs and serious work was not that much assigned which was a major setback because as an intern the objective was to get the real feel of how serious work is being done hence it was required.
3. Although the environment was very friendly and supportive there was no formal gesture for our felicitation as interns when we completed our internship program.
4. The interns should be divided into teams and allocated tasks of various kinds so that each and every intern can get a fair bit if taste of all the business processes that goes on in an organization.
I believe with these changes the organization can actually improve there way of treating and making interns enabled and ready for the industry.
