2Co(NO3)2.6H2O + 8P(OC6H5)3 + 7NaBH4 2CoH[P(OC6H5)3]4 + 7NaOH + 7BH3 + 9H2O + 4HNO2

Explanation: Here, the oxidation and reduction reactions can be written as shown below.

Out of 2*6 = 12 H2O molecules, 5 water molecules are released.

The remaining 7 H2O = 7 H+ + 7 OH-.

7OH- combine with 7 Na+ to form 7 NaOH.
