But you must mention that in nested PCR, two sets of primers are being used in two successive PCR reactions.
In the first reaction, one pair of primes is used to generate DNA products , which besides the intended target, may still consist of non specifically amplified frangements..the product is then, used in a second PCR reaction with a set of primers whose binding site are just downstream of the first primer, that's why the name nested.bindj g site are completely or partially different from the primer oair used in the first reaction , but are complex within the target DNA fragments
