Relevance of ESG factors:

It help us to determine the future financial performance of the company by measuring through three central factors environmental, social and governance. This three factors have be one relevant due to the increasing awareness among the people/investors about their environment. They also want the same to be taken care of by the company in which they invest through social programmes being undertaken by the company for the society.

Relevance of social factors on the sports industry:

As seen in the today's busiest world no one is having time to take care of their own selves due to the hectic schedules and lack of resources to spend on the activities they wish to do. Therefore it now rest with the enterprises for whom the people are working to contribute their earnings for the benefit of their society. After working for long hours at one place in the office the body becomes restless and its always said that" all work and no play makes jack a dull boy". Therefore to ensure the fitness of the society it is a immense important requirement for the enterprises to contribute their earnings to this sports industry and enable the benefit of the society.

Not only such contributions would enable the benefit of the people of the enterprise. Even the people who are having interest in the sports but couldnt be able to undertake the sporting activities due to various economical reasons may come forward and show their talent and make a potential use of it.

MLB is one such example which was created after the second world war due to the situations observed there.
