Discussion about: Chemistry and Health

Smog is the pollution of the atmosphere over large cities with a mixture of nitrogen Oxide (NO, NO2) gases and Ozone (O3) gas. These gases are produced by burning gasoline in the internal combustion engines of our cars. Suggest a solution(s) to reduce the emission of these gases to the atmosphere.

smog is a type of air pollutaion which is caused by the reaction of sunlight with nitrogen oxide and volatile oragnic compounds(VOC).this smog causes causes so mich damage and environment aswell as human heath.this can be reduecd by simple modified lifestyle habits.

1.one can decrease this produtction of smog by less consumption of fuel,means use the car for the neccessery things only,2.by not using gassoline as fuel. 3.by purchasing the green products which do not contain VOCs.

4.by avoiding high VOC poducts like adhesive removers ( methyline chloride), paint strippers and aerosol spray products(butane.)5.by using eelctrical equipment instead of gas powdered .6.refueling the the vehicle during evening period may prevent gas fumes from heating up and creating ozone.7. by maintaining the car in good condition.

everybody should aware of the effects of hazardious material and should fallow the precautions to reduce them into the environment and woek like a team, we can reduce the pollution.
