Abstract

Through this paper we aim at examining the relationship between internal communication and employee engagement, studying the key factors of employee engagement leading to organizational committment and identifying key factors of internal communication that drives and impact engagement in globally successful organizations.This paper emphasises on internal communication as an integral and dominant part of the corporate world and survival and performance is largely dependant on interaction within individuals at the organizational level. It caters to their physical, emotional and mental needs. Study related to this talks about the different tools for intenal communication and also find out which out of employee engagement, flow of communication and overall efficiency of organization is most affected by internal communication. The study intends on a qualititative analysis at an organizational level.

This paper outlines the motive and context of coming up with effective organization communication which is difficult to achieve at a complex organizational level. In the process of discussing the need for effective organization communicatiion, the paper also studies successful internal communication techniques. Through a SWOT analysis, the paper focuses on how the communication style has been researched.
