Hi,

Hope you are doing well!

Question:

Answer:

We all know how the world got affected by the global warming. Global environment has got damage worst due to global warming. The major issues are global warming are emission of greenhouse gases, wastes etc. Increasing production level, population andconsuming habits, glorious life style etc are the major reason of increasing emission of CO2 or greenhouse gases and wastes. We have consumed the natural resources blindly that damaged the bio-diversity worst. Increasing transportation, personal vehicles, public transport play an important role in increasing CO2 emission globally. If electric cars replace the existing cars then definitely it will help out in reducing the level of emission of CO2. These days income level of people have increased and people love to drive their own car that increases the sales and production of cars rapidly in the wirld. But when these existing car will replace with electric cars then it will be beneficial for global environment and help out in reducing the emission of CO2 level. Other side increasing sales and production of electric cars will open the new opportunities for the business world. It will increase job opportunities in the manufacturing and service industries and increase the income level of people. Increasing income level will increase AD and increasing AD will increase output and price level. But important thing is costing of electric cars. Will it cheaper or costlier than the existing car, will it affordable and available for everyone, will it more efficient than existing cars. These all questions will affect the electic cars market and the economy also. Electric car is not popular and share of electric cars are very small in the global car market. It has not reached to have the major car markets like, India. So, measure the real impact of electric car on the global environment and global economy is difficult yet. But it is expected that it will positively affect the global environment and global economy also. We have discussed above regarding the same that how will it affect the global environment and global economy also.

Both the production of batteries and combustion engine emiss the CO2 gas and affect the global environment. But the life of both the things will affect the supply and production that will affect the emission of CO2. Suppose life of batteries are compatively longer then the demand and supply of it will comparatively lower. Lower the demand and supply means lower production and the lower the production level means lower the emission of CO2 gas. But as per the current scenario the the life of batteries is comparatively lower and need of more R&D on it.

Thanks
