The donor gene is extracted from the various restriction enzymes. Restriction enzymes are the enzymes that are used for the clevage for DNA molecule from the end or im the middle. The two enzyme is endonuclease and exonuclease . Endonuclease cleave the DNA between the 3 nucleotides im the middle where as the exonuclease cleve the DNA at the end. Therr are various examole of the restriction enzyme . This gene that is cleaved and can be used to transfer the gene from donor to the host . This gene is called the marked gene. The same restriction enzyme is used to cleaved at the same location in the host DNA. If the other restriction enzyme is used for cleaving the DNA at the host cell as compare to the donor DNA . It results im the cleavage at the other location or the other sequence of nucleotide. The DNA of the donor is inserted into the host by the use of joining enzyme known as the ligase. Therefore , as indicating the restricting enzyme and the ligase are the 2 enzyme that is the same restriction enzyme to visualise at much later time in the development. These enzyme can be used to study the formatiom of central nervous system in frog.
