TED talk about professional relationships and conflict management--Emotions at work by Stephanie Mitrano talks discusses about the behavior of colleagues during work schedules. She discusses the thinking of a person which is divided into two types namely perception which is the thinking of the person and the other is the professional attitude and relationship among the people during jobs. She discussed the importance of building healthy relationships among work, sincerety, honesty and dedication during work in professional organizations. The ability to move ahead with good behavior, leadership qualities, ability to take decisions during work and ability to solve conflicts and arguments during work. She has given three examples which include the anger shown by a person during presentation of speeches which tends to motivate people during political campaigns, the ability to resolve conflicts and relationships among colleagues in same company. The maturity in thinking to solve misunderstandings, logical fallacy and sexual harassement at work with exploitation of workers without good payment policies. The third point includes the ability to present oneself in movies with good scripts and stories so as to excel in work. The opportunity to work in movies at every stage without being exploited and harassed. There should be a balance between work and relationships with colleagues with the understanding of the problems related to work and professional attitude of the workers related to work. The colleagues should be able to understand the demand and the importance of work and the necessary input with decisions required to be taken during work schedules. There should be an understanding among the colleagues about the shortcomings and the limits of fulfiling the duties without getting burnt out or stressed at work.
